How color can inspire while pre­par­ing a meal!

Do you know the Golden Oyster mush­rooms? I har­ves­ted these col­or­ful pre­cious mush­rooms from Sarah at her mush­room farm. Cross sautéed, they make a deli­cious veget­ari­an dish when paired with spin­ach gnoc­chi and fresh wild garlic pesto.
