My favorite Meal with Mushrooms

How color can inspire while preparing a meal!

Do you know the Golden Oyster mushrooms? I harvested these colorful precious mushrooms from Sarah at her mushroom farm. Cross sautéed, they make a delicious vegetarian dish when paired with spinach gnocchi and fresh wild garlic pesto.
